Turckheim's hill climb
The 61th edition of the hill climb of Turkheim took place this weekend. Many people came to attend to this spectacular climb leading to the locality of Trois Epis.
Sébastien Loeb was a guest and made several shows in his legendary Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak, racing car of 875 horse-power. He also used his Citroen C4 WRC which gave him 4 world positions, the Peugeot 306 Maxi with the 9 world rally champion titles which disputed the rally of Haute-Provence in March 2017.
The three bolides were under Sebastien Loeb Racing team assistance covered by 2 Vitabri V5 branded tents with the same chart as the 208 T16 Pikes Peak and two V2 tents with the team chart creating a paddock optimised to improve mechanical engineers and tiremen.
With regards to the competition, Geoffrey Schatz won the SPORT contest in front of Sébastien Petit and Cyrille Frantz driving all the Norma M20 FC. The PRODUCTION contest was won by Pierre Couroye with his McLaren MP4 12C in front of Christian Schmitter (Porsche 997 GT3) and Yannick Poinsignon (BMW M3 E92).
